Faith Russell is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor at the Junior Intermediate III level. She has been teaching Iyengar Yoga in Madison for over 20 years, and has studied with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar at the Ramamani Memorial Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India on multiple occasions — most recently in October, 2008. She continues her study through her daily practice and continued teacher training and asana workshops with senior teachers in the U.S. She is dedicated to sharing, through her teaching, the experience of joy and stability that regular yoga practice brings.
