Yoga is for everyone. Students of all ages and abilities study at the Co-op. All are welcome!
Our students form a learning community of Iyengar yoga practitioners. Many of us have come to yoga seeking exercise and enhanced flexibility.
With the guidance of our experienced and certified teachers, students develop a more committed relationship to the practice of yoga, which over time leads to a deeper understanding of one’s self.
Becoming a student: Sign up for an Intro Series or come to a Level 1 class on a drop-in basis.
For all classes, wear leggings, leotards or shorts, but no baggy pants. Please avoid wearing fragrances. We practice yoga barefoot. It is best not to eat for a couple of hours before class. All mats and props are provided. You may bring your own mat, if you wish.
