What to wear and bring for class

For all classes, wear leggings, leotards or shorts, but no baggy pants. Please avoid wearing fragrances or jewelry.

We practice yoga barefoot.

It is best not to eat for a couple of hours before class.

While we have mats available, we encourage you to bring your own; we are cleaning all mats together at the end of each class (as a Covid precaution).

We do keep filtered drinking water and paper cups available, but we encourage you to bring your own filled water bottle, if possible (as a Covid precaution and due to cost/environmental concerns).
