Lisa is a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and has studied the method for 14 years.  She is trained under the auspices of Chris Saudek and Faith Russell and by many other gifted teachers at the Coop and the Midwest area.  Lisa attended the IYNAUS convention in Las Vegas 2007, Geeta Iyengar presiding.  She views yoga as a vehicle to personal growth, a tool to weather change, and a means to experience life at its fullest.
