Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community

We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga.

Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.

Classes are open to all interested students.  Membership is not required to attend classes.
New students are welcome anytime in Level 1 drop-in classes.

Chris Saudek Weekend Intensive Series at YCOM for Teachers
In 2015, YCOM is fortunate to again have senior teacher Chris Saudek providing a weekend series of Iyengar Yoga instruction that includes asana, pranayama, and classes covering Iyengar Yoga teaching methodology. These sessions draw Iyengar Yoga teachers from throughout the Midwest and beyond.
Click 2015 Saudek Intensives for more information on the Weekend Intensive Series.

March 6-8 Classes with Senior Teacher Chris Saudek
When Chris Saudek is at YCOM for the weekend intensive series for teachers, local students who are not in the series are welcome to participate in asana and pranayama classes with Chris. The next weekend is March 6-8. YCOM encourages you to take advantage of this great opportunity.

B.K.S. Iyengar
We were saddened to learn of B.K.S. Iyengar’s death on August 20. He was the founder of our teaching method and beloved. While Iyengar Yoga will continue, we will miss Guruji’s extraordinary leadership and insight.
