Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community
We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga.
Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.
Classes are open to all. Membership is not required.
New students are welcome anytime in Level 1 drop-in classes.

News and Events
Gentle Series — a 6-week class taught with more modifications and props to accommodate older students or those with mild chronic health conditions. Class runs October 29-Dec 10. Sign-up is here.
Basics Series — a 6-week class for people new to yoga and/or new to the Iyengar method. Noon on Wednesdays from November 4 to December 16. Sign-up is here.
Restorative Series — a 6- week series intended to refresh the mind and the senses. Starts Friday November 6 at 4:30 pm. Sign-up is here.
