New Tuesday Morning Yoga for Round Bodies Intro Series

10-weeks - Jul 2 to Sep 3, 9 - 10:30 am

This class is designed for students new to the method and introduces the basic Iyengar poses, sequencing, and alignment. If you have ever shied away from a traditional class because of a few extra pounds, this class is for you! The class will run with six or more participants.

Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community.

We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga.

Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.

Classes are open to all interested students.  Membership is not required to attend classes.
New students are welcome anytime in Level 1 drop-in classes.
