Six-Week Series Starting in September
The Basics Series are for people new to yoga and/or new to the Iyengar method. We recommend taking at least one Basics Series before progressing to the next level.

The Gentle Series is slower paced and poses are taught with more modifications and props to accommodate older students or those with mild chronic health conditions.

Studio closed August 29-September 5
We are taking an end-of-summer break around the Labor Day holiday.
Classes resume on Tuesday September 6.

Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community

We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga.

Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.

Classes are open to all.  Membership is not required. New students are welcome in drop-in classes, except in Level 3.
