The Yoga Co-op of Madison teaches at multiple levels in the BKS Iyengar tradition. Classes are offered every day and at varying times.
Our cooperative offers a supportive environment for personal growth. You do not have to be a member to attend classes at YCoM. We welcome anyone wanting to be exposed to the many rewards of Yoga.
