Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community
We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga.
Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.
Classes are open to all. Membership is not required. New students are welcome in drop-in classes, except in Level 3.

June 4: Furthering your practice by understanding basic philosophy concepts
This class taught by Faith and Lisa will combine asana with an overview of yoga philosophy. The class is offered through the University of Wisconsin Continuing Studies Program.

A six-week class for people new to yoga and/or new to the Iyengar method. Sign-up here.

A six-week class where poses are taught with more modifications and props to accommodate older students or those with mild chronic health conditions. Sign-up here.
