Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community

We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga.

Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.

Classes are open to all.  Membership is not required.
New students are welcome anytime in Level 1 drop-in classes.

News and Events

New Series Offered in September:
Gentle Series — a slower paced class where poses are taught with more props to accommodate older students or people with mild chronic health conditions starts on Thursday September 10 at 7:15 pm and runs for 6 weeks.

Basics Series — a beginning level class for people new to yoga and/or new to the Iyengar method starts Wednesday September 16 at noon and runs for 6 weeks.
