Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community
We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga.
Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.
Classes are open to all interested students. Membership is not required to attend classes.
New students are welcome anytime in Level 1 drop-in classes.

You are invited to a holiday fundraiser for the Bellur Project
On Friday, December 5 at 4:30 pm, the Yoga Co-op will hold a fundraiser for the Bellur Project. The Bellur Project is Guruji’s project to rebuild his hometown by creating and maintaining infrastructure, including a hospital, a girls’ school, and a Patanjali Temple. Many studios around the world host events to benefit Bellur around the time of Guruji’s birthday in December. There will be an hour-long restorative class followed by some light snacks, tea and a short movie clip about Guruji. We hope you can make it !
