Summer at the Yoga Co-op:  Classes for Everyone!

Volunteers worked hard so we could officially reopen on April 1.  The studio is in great shape and happy to be back in action!  There are plenty of in-person classes, as well as virtual and hybrid.  Check out the full Schedule here.  See our Covid precautions here.

We now ask that students reserve their space in all classes ahead of time with the new online registration and payment system.  Digital payment ahead of class is preferred.  Use the Book a Class option below.

Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community

We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga. All teachers are certified Iyengar yoga teachers (CIYT) or have a certified teacher serving as a mentor in the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the U.S.

Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class. Private sessions are available to students with injuries or who want more individual guidance. Contact individual teachers to set up an appointment.

Classes are open to all. Membership is not required. New students are welcome in drop-in classes, except in Level 3.  Please be sure to register ahead with our online scheduling system (see “Book a Class” button above).
