News and Events
This Fall, the Yoga Co-op offers multiple class options: in-person, virtual, and hybrid, whether you are new to Iyengar yoga or have more experience.
NEW in October: Returning to Yoga — Four classes designed to jump start your return to in-person classes after an extended break from the studio. The class will refresh your understanding of standing and seated poses, review the use of props, and build back your confidence to attend Level One classes and beyond. Thursday mornings at 11:00.
Beginner Series continue for people new to Iyengar yoga and for people who want to brush up on the basics. Four Monday evening classes in a row (no make-ups). Look for the next series in October.
Ageless Yoga — a series of 8 classes on Wednesday mornings — is offered in October for students who need to practice slowly and with focus.
Please book and pay for all classes ahead of time using our new online registration system below.

Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community
We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga. All teachers are certified Iyengar yoga teachers (CIYT) or have a certified teacher serving as a mentor in the Iyengar Yoga National Association of the U.S.
Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class. Private sessions are available to students with injuries or who want more individual guidance. Contact individual teachers to set up an appointment.
Classes are open to all. Membership is not required. New students are welcome in drop-in classes, except in Level 3. Please be sure to register ahead with our online scheduling system (see “Book a Class” button above).
