Welcome to the Yoga Co-op Community!
We are a cooperative yoga studio committed to the practice, teaching, and study of Iyengar yoga. All teachers are certified Iyengar yoga teachers (CIYT) or long-term students of Iyengar yoga teachers.
Yoga is for everyone. We cultivate a non-competitive and vibrant learning environment. Both new and experienced students are welcome. You do not have to be in-shape or flexible to attend a yoga class.
What to Wear and Bring to Class
- For all classes, wear leggings, leotards or shorts, but no baggy pants. Please avoid wearing fragrances or jewelry. We practice yoga barefoot.
- It is best not to eat for a couple of hours before class.
- Although mats are available, we encourage you to bring your own; we clean mats at the end of each class as a health precaution.
- Filtered drinking water and paper cups are available. Do bring your own filled water bottle, if possible, due to cost and environmental concerns.
How to Book a Class as a New Student
- Go to: yogacoop.com/book-a-class. Click ‘Sign Up’ in the upper right corner to create an account. Choose a password to go with your email/username.
- Fill out the New Student Registration Form and Waiver. This step is required if you have not attended a YCOM class since 2021.
- Select a class from the list below that.
